At Sangkriti Handmade, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. 1. Damaged or Defective Product – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

   2. Incorrect Product Received – If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a return or exchange.

   3. Unsatisfied with the Product – If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return Process

• ●  Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

• ●  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• REFUND

• ●  After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed and within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  Exchanges 

●  If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

• ●  Exchanges or replacement  will process within 5 working days

  Non-Returnable Items

• ●  Customized or personalized jewelry.

• ●  Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

• ●  Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
